After a purchase has been completed a order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
The email contains all relevant information regarding your order. Billing address, delivery address, products, prices and freight costs. Please contact us by email ( 

Delivery Time

All orders are sent with posten and our normal delivery time is 2-3 working days. Order placed on a weekend are generally sent on the next working day. If a delivery are delayed (without us giving you a notice first), please contact us immediately through email (


Prices in our store are given in SEK (swedish kronors), all prices are including 25% VAT.
We reserve ourselves for price changes caused by our supplier, typos in the price list and other events the may affect the price due to wrongful information and reserve ourselves to change the price at any time.

The amount are charged when your order is delivered to you. We use Klarna for payment, they are PCI-certified. Klarna uses the SSL-encrypted global security standard 3D-secure.

Delayed payments are dealt with by klarna.

Return policy

The product has to be in saleable condition with an undamaged packaging.
The return policy does not apply for custom orders and custom production.
You have a 14 day return right by law. The 14 days are counted from the moment you recieve your product.

You cannot use your return rights by law in the event of opened packaging or in any other way damaged packaging made by your hand.
The shipping costs at an event of returning a product shall be payed by the customer.
The whole amount is repaid when a customer invokes return right.


Report why you do not accept the gods and show how it has been damaged by writing, picture or video by email ( or phone (+46767678426). We will then arrange a free product return for you. Always report complaints as soon as possible. You have by law the right to file complaint for three years if the damage can be proven to be made by the sales party within 6 months from the moment of buying the product.

Uncollected packages

In the event of a returned package that you did not collect that are charged by the delivery company we will charge you for return freight.
The cost for a unwanted packages is 99 kr.
A non collected package is not the same thing as evoking your purchase.
You are obliged by law to inform us if you are using your right to return your product or if you file a complaint to evoke your purchase.

What is personal data and what is processing of personal data?

Personal data is any information that directly, or indirectly together with other information, may be used to identify a living, physical individual. This means that a range of different types of information, such as but not limited to name and contact details, IP addresses, competition entries, selections and behavior, is considered personal data.

Processing is everything that is done with the personal data. Any action taken with the personal data, irrespectively of whether the action is automated or not, such as but not limited to collection, registration, organization, structuring, storing, adaptation or modification, compilation, reading, use, disclosure through transfer, dissemination or other provision, adjustment or assembling, restriction, erasure or deletion.

eatem’s processing of personal data

What categories of personal data is processed and when is it deleted?

When you are visiting or using one of our digital channels or its services, or are communicating with us in our digital channels, we may collect information about you, among those name, address, postal address, email address, phone number, identification information, information on your use of eatem’s services and products, transaction data. Where applicable, personal identification number and credit card details may also be processed. Further, eatem may collect technical information about the device you are using to obtain access to eatem’s digital channels, among them IP address, unique device ID, type of web browser and cookie information. The collection of data mentioned herein is done, inter alia, when you are submitting your personal data in different forms on our digital channels or its services, communicating with eatem and others via eatem’s platforms in social media, submitting feedback in our contact forms or via telephone, downloading reports from eatem’s websites or register for events organized by eatem.

For which purposes is personal data processed?

Personal data concerning you, which is collected in connection with your use of the Digital Channels and their services, will be processed by eatem or its group companies, or their respective sub-processors, for the following purposes.

  1. In order for us to provide the products and services you have purchased, and to administer our agreement with you.
  2. In order for us to communicate with you through our customer service, email forms and our social media accounts.
  3. To administer marketing activities such as contests and winnings, etcetera.

When you contact us through customer service functions in our digital channels, e.g. when making a complaint or return, we will process your contact details and case information.

If you are visiting or communicating with us through our social media accounts, i.e. third party platforms such as, inter alia, Facebook and Instagram, eatem may receive information on your profile and your interactions on such platform from the third party platform provider.

eatem will only process personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing or to fulfil eatem’s legal obligations.

Legal basis and compelling interests for the data processing

eatem will always adhere to applicable data protection legislation when processing your personal data. We process your personal data when this is necessary in order to perform an agreement with you or to respond to a customer service request you have made, and when we have a legitimate and compelling interest for processing your personal data, e.g. an interest to market ourselves to visitors of our digital channels or an interest in developing our digital channels. If eatem’s processing of personal data requires your consent, we will obtain your prior consent to such processing, by having you actively tick a box.

Limitations in the transfer of personal data

eatem may engage external partners (suppliers) to perform services on behalf of eatem, e.g. to provide IT services, payment services or to assist in marketing, analysis or statistics. Use of information from your mobile device

eatem offers certain services, which require access to information from your mobile device (such as, inter alia, your mobile phone or tablet). It may for example be location data. eatem will never collect this data, unless you have given your explicit consent hereto.

Location: eatem will never collect or use information on the location of your device, unless you have expressly given us your consent.

Photos and camera: eatem will not gain access to your photos or your camera without first obtaining your explicit consent and we will never import the picture library on your mobile device. If you give eatem permission to access the photos on your mobile device, we will only have access to the photos that you have explicitly given us permission to use.

Contacts: eatem will not import the contacts stored on your mobile device unless you have explicitly consented hereto.

Microphone: eatem will never get access to the microphone on your mobile device unless you have explicitly consented hereto.
